The Plough, Icklingham

We are really excited to announce that our next project will be at the former public house known as ‘The Plough’ in Icklingham.

We are looking to start work early January 2027 with a plan to start handing over completed houses approximately 12 months later and complete the project by Autumn 2028.

The project consists of converting the existing pub and adjoining cottage into a pair of 3 bedroom semi detached houses, and building 7 new properties in the grounds that will consist of two 4 bedroom detached, two 3 bedroom semi detached, a 3 bedroom end terrace, 2 bedroom mid terrace and 2 bedroom end terrace homes.

This will be a beautiful site with a great mix of well designed homes that reflect the area and be constructed from high quality materials with high specification finishes.
