About us

Mill House Homes Ltd was established in May 2007 by Andrew and Sharon Garnett and was founded from their passion to create beautiful new homes built to the highest quality attainable.

Our ethos is to “build every new home as though it is for ourselves to live in” and to “take care of every customer with respect and integrity, as though they are part of our family”.

Seventeen years later and this philosophy is still supported by Andrew, who insists that he personally makes the final inspection of every new home we build before completion and handover takes place.

2021 marked a particularly special year in our history when we began redeveloping the old primary school site in Tuddenham, where Sharon spent her early school years. Indeed, both Andrew and Sharon’s ancestry links to the village span over four generations with Andrew’s Great Grandparents once owning the Tuddenham Mill and are listed as the last official millers.

2023 witnessed Andrew and Sharon showing their love for the community that they live in, when Mill House Homes completed the construction of the beautiful new Village Hall. This project was on a non-profit basis as the family wanted to ‘give something back’ to the village they adore. This landmark building will remain at the hub of Tuddenham for decades to come and for future generations to enjoy.

2024 welcomes back a loyal customer, who is buying their third new home from Mill House Homes. A testament to our quality, trust, and integrity.

2025 will witness the completion of the 50th new home to be built by Mill House Homes when our forthcoming development in West Row gets under way. This will be a very proud moment for the family to enjoy and reflect upon.

Based in Suffolk, we are constantly on the lookout for small parcels of land that have the potential to develop up to fifteen new homes.

We are happy to meet with landowners for a free consultation to discuss their aspirations and to offer our opinion on the best way to proceed.

Thank you for your interest in Mill House Homes.

We would be pleased to hear from you if you would like to find out more about us and our current developments.
